MEEt the team
ROCKWOOD HOMES is a collaboration between John Raptis and Pat Hiner who have worked together on many projects in Colorado Springs since 1993. Together their experience has included land development, multifamily projects from 40 to 180 units, single family residences and patio home communities and custom homes for a handful of clients.
JOHN RAPTIS
John holds General Contractor licenses in both Colorado and California where we are actively building and developing projects. John also oversees the Finance and Land Development duties as well as the Civil, Structural, Architectural and Governmental approval processes. It has taken years of experience to develop these skills in order for a project to become successful through careful planning as well as having the ability to select the people to provide these services.
PAT HINER
Pat has the responsibility to coordinate the site development and to insure the schedules are met and deliver a quality product from the many subcontractors we select. This aspect of homebuilding is the most challenging as it involves inclement weather and constant communication between the main office and the realtor community. Pat has been able to work with the future owners on a personal level to ensure their satisfaction even after they move into a Rockwood home.
